HomeCamera was initially conceived, patented, and taken into public beta by Wireless Intellect Labs, the applied R&D subsidiary of MobileOne, the latter being a mobile operator in Singapore. When the media, analysts, partners, and, most importantly, our users started telling us how much they liked the service, the decision was made to spin off the company in order that the service be commercialized more effectively. Pechora Technologies was born and HomeCamera was licensed to us.

We've since focused on building a world-class team (our Board comprises folks with global experience in building and scaling companies that deliver value to investors, employees, partners, and customers) and continuing work on getting HomeCamera market ready. We're especially happy to welcome our users (Coke Zero and coffee on the house!) - but be prepared for a lengthy debrief, while we excitedly ask you how you use our service, what we can do to improve it, share our plans, and tell bad jokes. ;-)

We're looking for top-notch software engineers who truly live the mobile life, are interested in developing innovative applications (and may have an idea or two of their own!). You must be proficient in at least C++ and/or Java, ideally have some experience in the mobile applications and messaging space, be a team player, and be willing to relocate to Singapore (we'll sponsor your work visa).

We're also happy to host software technology students from around the world on our 6-month student internship programme, during which you'll work hand-in-hand with our best and brightest, coding and testing live projects.
